Elizabeth Verner

Beth Verner joined the Endowment board in 2001. She breeds dogs under the kennel name Caraway along with Betty Chapman. They have bred 24 championed Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers including CH Caraway Celebrate Life, the all-time winningest Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. Beth tirelessly works to improve Wheaten health and promote not only the Endowment but the breed. She spearheaded Keystone Health Conference, an all-inclusive weekend devoted to the health of the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier in Keystone, CO. Keystone was attended by Wheaten Terrier owners and breeders from all over the world. A long-time educator at the Illinois State University, Beth knew the importance of non-biased education. She presented a program in Europe on the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier in the United States. Beth and Betty are long-time supporters of the Endowment and their dedication is appreciated and recognized by us all.
