Will Codicil
You can remember the Wheaten Health Endowment when planning your estate. This codicil will make sure that your plans include a bequest to the SCWTCA Endowment, Inc. Important information – we are a separate entity from SCWTCA Inc. Please make sure your instructions are specific that the donation goes to SCWTCA Endowment Inc.

A will codicil is included below for your convenience.
- Bequests in Wills or Trusts: You can include language in your will or living trust to leave a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or a portion of what remains after other, earlier bequests have been made.
- Beneficiary Designations: A simple way to give is by naming SCWTCA Endowment Inc. as a beneficiary of your retirement accounts (IRA, 401(k)), life insurance policies, or bank accounts (Payable on Death/Transfer on Death).
- Charitable Gift Annuities: These allow you to make an irrevocable gift to SCWTCA Endowment Inc. while receiving a fixed income for life.
- Donating Real Estate or Securities: You can donate appreciated stocks, bonds, or real estate, often resulting in significant tax benefits.
- IRA Charitable Distribution: If you are 70-1/2 or over, annually directly from your IRA to SCWTCA Endowment Inc., which can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution
